In memory

Baby the dog passed away 5 years ago. I know it may seem lame but I loved that dog. She was the closest thing I had to a child at that time in my life. She came into our family when I was 7 years old and passed away when she was almost 17 years old. I still miss her and think about her all the time. She was a good dog!

On that note....I still have a cute chihuahua pup available if anyone wants her. She's super cute and almost potty trained. :)

I am sorry, I remember how sad you were. :(

Okay, so you still have one puppy left. Which one is it? Did you ever figure out who the father was, or what breed he is? Just curious . . . I am working on Sterling.

Awww... I remember Baby and her little snorts when you brought her down to St. George for awhile. It's NOT lame to miss your animals cause they are part of your family also!

oh! Oh! I remember that little thing and how much you all loved her. She made funny little sounds and could barely see near the end.
Really been five years?

Ash, in response to your comment you left on my blog, you're not going crazy. I totally cheated! I wrote them a couple of days ago, but I changed the post dates to when they actually happened because I want to keep them in some kind of chronological order. You're right. I suck at blogging.

Baby the Dog was a no good, stinky breath, runny nose, smelly fart mutt! She hated me from day one because I wouldn't snuggle with her on the couch and spoil her like everyone else did. The only time she like me was the day I picked her and Scottie up from the doggie day care place we left her when we went to Lake Powell one year. She was so glad to go home because of all the exercise and "play time" they made her do with all of the other dogs. I was glad mom finally decided to put her down.

First of all... JOHNNY!!! I can't believe how funny/sad that was at the same time!

Ash, I will NEVER forget the day you called me to tell me that Baby died. You were bawling in your message and I felt so bad for you. I have great memories of Baby too! Like when she would get mad at me for rubbing her feet. Haha. I always try to get Macie to howl because I loved how cute it was when Baby howled... but Macie refuses. :(

Ok maybe I was a little harsh in my first post. Baby did a lot a good in the world. Made a lot of people happy. Gave a lot of wet kisses. Lived a good life. She was entertaining too. My favorite memory was sitting on the couch with my buddies and baby and one of us would fart and she would look at us like we were the most disgusting things on the planet. Another fart and she would take a deep sigh and roll her eyes. One more pass of gas and if she would leave the couch shaking her head in disgust. That was awsome.

Baby was smart. She could sense evil, therefore she didn't like Johnny. :)
